Pandan Chiffon Cake 香兰叶戚风蛋糕








          好一阵没做戚风蛋糕了,今天烘了一个香兰叶戚风蛋糕 。戚风蛋糕味道虽然简单,而且市售的价格也不贵,但我却从不小看它。要做好一个戚风蛋糕并不容易,它不只口感要蓬松 而且棉滑。我很怕吃到一些干干(会哽死人的那种) 、没有香味只有色素的戚风蛋糕。制作戚风蛋糕的把蛋白打发到对的硬度 ,用的水分量等等都非常重要。我个人并不认为它是个容易掌控的蛋糕,我常称它为“小气的蛋糕”,但我还是常常喜欢烘它送给亲友。

    I just had my teeth extracted and implants done few days ago. My mouth is still swollen and I can hardly eat now but still survive to do some blogging! Ha....Another good way to do my "weight management" too. Thanks for sweet comment!

    can only survive on soft food and I still remember when I had mine done few yrs back, I dipped the pandan chiffon cake into milo so that I need not chew... LOL

    Ha...Yah , each day I can only manage to eat some tofu , tau huay , porridge and mee sua.
    Thanks for your reminder, I bought a pandan chiffon cake last night and I going to dip it with milo like u. Normally I like to bake my own chiffon cake instead of buying from shops but now cannot be so choosy ,no extra energy to bake one! :o(
